COUPLES COUNSELING
I am trained and experienced in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the most effective couples theory in the world. Using an integration of holistic studies - my focus is supporting each person with getting clarity on their personal blockages and how it influences the patterns with their partner.
So many times couples come to counseling to "save" their relationship. By this time, the Wall of Resentment may be high. There is a remedy to breaking down that Wall: Communication, Compassion, and Consistency. By taking the time to truly share and understand each person's thoughts and feelings - you take the steps towards all three. And when you have all three - those bricks in that Wall of Resentment come tumbling down.
