The Purpose

The purpose of the Self-Care Wellness Program is to provide simple yet powerful tools to employees enabling them to thrive in personal and community accountability.


The Program

Each program focuses on increasing three things: Self-Awareness, Self-Care, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The curriculum is designed to build up your corporate culture by supporting your community with creating a doable, productive, and purposeful practice. Using an integration of traditional and holistic methods, the curriculum builds up both internal and external strength and motivation, supporting your overall work community to thrive together.

Program Options

One of Aimee's specialties is the ability to create a program and curriculum that is customized for your company and employees. She takes into consideration your specific company needs: mentally, financially, and organizationally.

6-8 Week program

This is a weekly Virtual program.
Each week is 60-minutes and will include:
Education, Practice, and Discussion.
*30-minute consult included.
*Additional time added for customized programs.
Fee is $300/hr.


2-4 Hour Workshop

Aimee has several Virtual Workshops available:
• Community Self-Care
• Management Employee Support with Self-Care
• Customized based on your needs.
Fee is $300/hour


self-directed program

You will be provided a customized self-care program that can be implemented by the group leader of your choice. This includes:
• Initial Consultation
• One-hour training with your chosen facilitator
• Digital step-by-step Curriculum
Flat Fee: TBD based on your needs
